SURFACE PRE TREATMENT

Cleaning / Washing Plants

Cleaning plants for the pre- and after-treatment of goods applying special processes such as:

Hydrosonic
Ultrasonic

to make them free of contamination to ensure that subsequent working processes meet quality and other requirements.

Degreasing

Chamber degreasing plants for bulk material and individual pieces, designed for different requirements

Universal continuous-flow plants for small and large parts

Vacuum distillation plants

Combination with bath care units

Vacuum evaporator
Oil skimmer
Centrifuges
Micro or ultra-filtration

Where degreasing is followed by a drying process, convection hot air or vacuum drying is used

Pickling

Pickling plants suitable for cleaning, de-scaling, phosphating and bonder lubrication of steel components, along with steam heating coils, transporting system, fresh air blower and fume exhaust system.

The sequence followed for the pickling process is:

Pickling in 10 to 15% dilute sulphuric acid for 20 to 30 minutes
Cold water rinsing for 5 minutes
Phosphating for 10 to 15 minutes
Cold water rinsing for 5 to 10 minutes
Bonder lubrication for 10 to 15 minutes

Phosphating plants for the pre-treatment for organic coatings such as powder coating, lacquers, rubber-metal connections and zinc flake coatings.
